Information on tracking your order

When purchasing a product you will receive an email with information relating to your purchase. On average, the package takes 4 working days to arrive at your home. However, some products may take 15 business days to arrive at your doors. You will have tracking information for your package as soon as it leaves our warehouse. Your signature may be required upon receipt of your order. In case of absence, the carrier will leave your package in your mailbox or in your local post office depending on its size. A notice will be left for you. You can contact us at any time by mail for information about your order.

We do our best to meet delivery times, but these times may extend during periods of high demand such as the end-of-year holidays. Certain force majeure situations such as weather conditions may also extend delivery times.

Do you want to return an unwanted item?

If the item you chose is not what you wanted, you can get your money back. As long as the product is still in its original condition, you can still get a refund provided you respect the rules below:

- You will first need to fill out the returns form and send us a letter to notify us that you are going to return an unwanted item.

- You have 28 days to send us the unwanted product from the date of receipt. However, you will have to pay the return costs. We will reimburse you by bank transfer to your account. The refund period is 15 working days from the date of receipt by our team of the unwanted product. For customers residing in the French Overseas Territories, delivery times are twice as long.

- We do not accept returns that exceed these deadlines. We will be forced to return the items to your delivery address.

- For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned: earrings, swimsuits, underwear and fabric masks. This condition applies if their packaging has been opened.

- Returned items are your sole responsibility until they reach us, always ensure you obtain proof of postage and a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that reach us in error, you will have to pay the shipping costs to have them again.

- We will not accept more than 5 returns from the same customer in a period of one year. You can always challenge this decision if you believe it was an error. You can contact us by mail.

- We do not accept exchanges. If you would like an item in a different size or color, you will need to place a new order.

You can contact us at any time for information about your return. As soon as a returned item arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected to see if it is in its original condition. If this is not the case and the quality control notes a deterioration, your refund will not be made. You will receive a letter with the reasons for this decision.

What should I do if I received a defective product?

If that were the case, we would be very sorry. So that we can help you, please return the defective product to us as soon as possible and send us a letter describing the defective part of the product. However, items showing wear spots cannot be considered defective products. You will be refunded if quality control finds that your product is indeed defective.

We do not send a replacement for a defective product, you will need to place a new order.

You will be refunded no later than 15 days after our team receives the defective product. Don't forget to get proof of postage and a tracking number.

What should I do if I received an incorrect item?

If that were the case, we would be very sorry. So that we can help you and reimburse you, please return the product to us as soon as possible and send us a letter to notify us that you received an incorrect item and that you want a refund.

If the quality control finds signs of wear or damage, you will not be able to be reimbursed. You will receive a letter with the reasons for such a decision.

I canceled my order and would like a refund

You have the option of canceling your order and getting a refund if 24 hours have not passed since the payment date. You can cancel your order by sending us a letter to notify us of your decision before the 24-hour deadline has expired.

If the payment was made by credit card , the refund period is 7 days. If the payment was made by transfer , the reimbursement period is 15 days. If payment was made by gift certificate , the credit will be posted to your account no later than 72 hours after the order is canceled.
